If You Can Breathe, You Can Do Kripalu Yoga

At Its Heart, Kripalu Yoga is the art and science of self-awareness. It is the experience of
learning to connect more deeply and fully to yourself. Through the practice of postures, breathwork and relaxation, you rejuvenate and re-balance all bodily systems and come into more direct contact with who you really are. Consistent practice brings calmness and clarity to your mind and emotions, a deep sense of relaxation to your body and a more direct and intimate connection to Spirit.

Classes are held September-June on Wednesday evenings from 6:30-7:30 at The Congregational Church in Southampton. Please call ahead as there are some weeks that class does not meet.

Classes are held May-October in the yurt on The Farm. Typically, there is a Wednesday evening class from 6:30-7:30 and an occasional weekend morning class. Please call for more information.
